The Client: SwiftGrocery

The Objective: SwiftGrocery Nigeria's No. 1 online food and grocery store with a mission to take the hassle out of shopping in store, make it easy and fun online, desired an extensive digital marketing campaign to increase sales on their website targeting current customer base and increase new customer sign up on the website.

Our Strategy: An innovative hybrid digital campaign utilizing display ads, social media - facebook, twitter & instagram, email marketing and re-targeting with carefully crafted content was executed. The aim was to boost awareness and encourage visitors to take action by purchasing their grocery needs on the website. In addition to that, we applied daily and lifetime frequency caps specific to each user in order to prevent overexposure.

Results: We achieved 3,561,411 total impressions a click through rate (CTR) of 0.9%, which generated a number of new sign ups and sales. A total of 1,232,509 page views, 504,712 sessions with 82.37% unique visitors producing a return on investment (ROI) of 272%.

The Objective: Charlotte Andrews Clothing a premium fashion store for all things stunning, fabulous and fresh wanted to create awareness and increase sales from their online channels to support offline marketing efforts. Charlotte Andrews target market are working class professionals who desire premium fashion items.

Our Strategy: We created a campaign on social media showcasing various items available for purchase with a clear call to action button to drive engagement. We used interest & geographic targeting to ensure that only that are living in Charlotte Andrews delivery areas see our ad to increase return on investment.

Results: We achieved 562,406 total impressions a click through rate (CTR) of 0.5%, which generated a number of new sign ups and sales. A total of 400,509 page views, 359,481 sessions with 79.37% unique visitors producing a return on investment (ROI) of 150%.

The Objective:Gr8tBuy is a unique multi-channel retailer recognised for choice, value and convenience wanted an extensive digital marketing campaign to increase sales on their website targeting current customer base and also promote their unique service offering such as the credit sales scheme to increase new customer sign up on the website.

Our Strategy: An innovative hybrid digital campaign utilizing display ads, social media - facebook, twitter & instagram, email marketing, content marketing and re-targeting with carefully crafted content was executed. The aim was to engage target audience by creating visual ads with a clear call to action to purchase their desired electronic gadgets, home and kitchen appliances online or in-store. We also designed the landing page to match ad visuals.

Results: We achieved 548,551 total impressions with a click through rate (CTR) of 0.40%, which generated a number of new sign ups and sales. A total of 23,326 page views, 7,901 sessions with 76.74% unique visitors in 1 month which represented a 153.30% increase from previous 3 months prior to our engagement.
