Like most features of 1-800Accountant, everything is straightforward and designed for maximum efficiency. However, sometimes this can be detrimental. For example, it’s not possible to set up a recurring invoice as everything has to be done individually. The sales call promised a lot of “unlimited” support plus bookkeeping support. This is not what I received, and the team assigned to me was less than helpful.

Specialist were nice when they try to sell you the subscription, but when the time comes to help they were nowhere to be found. I messaged my accountant to help me get a walk thru and make sure I’m filling my information out correctly, the messages were deleted and they never reach out.
